Orders placed on iLOLA Online Store are prepared by our iLOLA team and delivered by FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 1pm (PST) will not begin processing until the next business day. If you place your order after 1pm (PST) on a Friday, your order will be processed the following week.

Expected time to process and ship orders is 7-10 business days. Please note that Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.

We do our very best to respond to support emails within 2 business days. We are not a “big business”. We are a small, family run business that strives to give you the best experience in tea and that includes getting back to you in a timely manner.
If you have an item that you wish to return, please email us at email@example.com and our team members will work with you to resolve the issue.
In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.
